We manufacture spindles mainly for grinding machines, machining centers and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Each spindle component is marked with a serial number. The product is shipped together with documentation setting out details such as accuracy measurements of each component, test run results, balance, and heat generation performance. This information is also stored as a permanent record.
Spindle repairs involve disassembly, washing and cleaning, recording the accuracy of each component, replacing the bearings, re-assembling the unit and measuring rotational accuracy. The spindle is also subject to a test run before delivery. In some cases it may be necessary to regrind the taper section.
Assembly of spindles during manufacture and after repairs is performed in a clean room.

We also provide subcontracting services for spindle components such as machining, cylindrical grinding and internal grinding.
